This website contains a range of resources that can be used by health and social practitioners in either preparation for, or to enhance their role, in facilitating learning within their workplace. It accompanies a book, Learning in the Workplace (Mulholland and Turnock 2012), which is based around the same themes as this website. The book also includes a range of exercises enabling the reader to reflect on their role in facilitating learning in the workplace that can be used as evidence in constructing a personal portfolio. This portfolio might then be used for formal accreditation of learning by a higher education institution.
