Tibetan Buddhism is very well served with internet resources, including both academic sites and those connected with various lamas, monasteries and Dharma centres. The listings here concentrate on the former. There is plenty of useful information on the various sites linked to Dharma organisations and Buddhist centres as well, though it may need checking for reliability.

Tibetan and Himalayan Digital Library. Vast collection of reliable information and resources, affiliated with University of Virginia. A good starting point for many enquiries.
