Chapter 13: Evaluation Reports

Chapter 13, “Evaluation Reports: Interpreting and Communicating Findings,” addresses the broad area of communication with stakeholders of programs regarding findings as well as other matters. The elements addressed include having an overall plan for communication, emphasizing the presentations of findings in-person as well as in print, and carefully selecting both the various elements of written reports as well as attending to a number of points in the process of presenting those reports. A case study of a large international evaluation, illustrating a report at a substantially different level than many of the others described in the case studies of this text, concludes this chapter.
