Colin Bentley has been a project manager since 1966 working as a consultant to many international firms such as The London Stock Exchange, Microsoft Europe, Tesco Stores and the BBC. Bentley has been working with PRINCE2, PRINCE and its predecessor, PROMPT II, since 1975, he wrote the original PRINCE2 manual and was the author of all revisions to the manual until 2009. He was the Chief Examiner for all examination papers in PRINCE2 until his retirement in 2010.
