Caroline Rowland is Professor of Developmental Psychology in the Institute of Psychology, Health and Society at the University of Liverpool. She is best known for her work on syntax acquisition and on the role of input characteristics in the development of language. She is series editor for the Trends in Language Acquisition (TiLAR) book series and an associate editor for the Journal of Child Language.
