How to access the accompanying online resources
To gain access to the resources please go to Videos link at the top of the navigation or click the button below > Sign in or Request Access.
If this is your first time, fill in the Request Access form and don’t forget to answer the question referencing a specific part of the book. You will then receive an email with a token that you’ll need to activate.
If you have already registered, you can use your credentials.
Once inside the portal, the material is grouped in sections that, on the whole, coincide with the nine chapters of the book plus a number of appendices. You find the precise table of contents in the book, in the section entitled How to use this book and its companion website.
